Cancellation Policy

Standard Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if the request is made before the order has been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If cancellation is approved, you be will refunded back via your original payment method.

Pre-Order Cancellations

A pre-order is an order placed before the official release date of a product. When placing a pre-order, you are securing your item ahead of its live release. Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as we receive them in our warehouse. Orders containing pre-ordered items and in-stock items may be held until the pre-ordered product is available.

Please note the following conditions for pre-order cancellations:

• Pre-order purchases and pricing are binding. We place our orders with distributors based on our customer’s pre-orders.

• In rare/special circumstances, we may approve pre-order cancellation requests. If granted, refunds will be issued as store credit only and will be subject to a 50% pre-order cancellation fee.

• Pre-order pricing is subject to market conditions and may fluctuate before release. The pre-order price paid at the time of purchase will not be adjusted or lowered.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Trading Card Boxes and Cases

Due to the highly volatile nature of the trading card market, all trading card sales are final.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.

Memorabilia

To ensure the integrity and value of autographed items, all memorabilia sales are final. All autographed items sold by Black Panther Sports Cards are certified by recognized leaders in sports memorabilia authentication and/or sports card manufacturer.

Other Items (Clothing, Novelties, and Supplies)

Returns for clothing, novelty items, and trading card supplies are accepted if we are notified within 48 hours of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to apply the same return policy as trading cards and memorabilia for certain products.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 Hours of the delivery. 

Important: If you suspect damage, do not open the package. We cannot accept returns for damaged items if the carton has been opened, even if the damage occurred in transit.

Damaged Products or Manufacturer Errors

Black Panther Sports Cards is not responsible for manufacturer defects or errors. This includes damaged products from production or missing inserts/hits. If you experience such issues, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly for resolution. We can provide manufacturer contact information upon request. Please note any Upper Deck issues may not be taken care of by Upper Deck since we are not a Diamond Dealer. Please contact us as soon as possible to get Upper Deck issues resolved. 

Manufacturers typically accept replacement requests within one year of a product’s release date and will do their best to provide a fair resolution. Please confirm with each manufacturer as this is subject to change.

Incorrect Items Received

Defective or Incorrect Items (Only)
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or opened products. If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll provide a prepaid return label or a replacement at our discretion. Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

• Any sealed collectible/trading card: Eligible only if defective/incorrect and still factory sealed.

• Opened products: Not eligible for return.
